Kesselbauer builds on the history and tradition of its location, yet meets the highest demands for modern living. It was built in a place where a bakery of a major entrepreneur Alexander Kesselbauer used to exist. The project doesn’t just pay respect to the past with its name, but also by preserving the front facade of the original burgher house.

The project comprises two buildings. The eight-floor, modern-looking object, adjoins the neighbouring building in a harmonious way. The second, six-floor object, was built directly in the location of the former Kesselbauer bakery. This is also a modern building, however, its facade facing the street gives it an elegant, historicising look. It results in a timeless living for the most demanding clientele.

Kesselbauer is one of the few residential projects in the Old Town that offers problem-free parking in an underground garage, which is a priceless benefit in this location. You have two options to choose from. You can buy a parking space or rent it advantageously - for only 100 euros per month for up to 2 years with the option of later purchase. If you decide to exercise the option after a while, we will deduct the entire rent paid up to that point from the price of the parking space.
