The second, six-floor object, was built directly in the location of the former Kesselbauer bakery. The flats at Kesselbauer will be completed up to the unfurnished stage. Thanks to that, you’re able to furnish them completely to your liking. All flats are equipped with air conditioning, outside aluminium blinds, electrically heated bathroom mats and smart door system. Front fire doors and aluminium windows with insulating triple glazing are a matter of course.
Kesselbauer is one of the few residential projects in the Old Town that offers problem-free parking in an underground garage, which is a priceless benefit in this location. You have two options to choose from. You can buy a parking space or rent it advantageously - for only 100 euros per month for up to 2 years with the option of later purchase. If you decide to exercise the option after a while, we will deduct the entire rent paid up to that point from the price of the parking space.
