The Kesselbauer residential project is set up with four banks: Tatra Banka, Slovenská sporiteľňa, VUB, and ČSOB. Allrisk Slovakia, s. r. o., a financial advisory company specializing in financial consulting and complete loan services, will assist you with mortgage arrangements.
The first installment, amounting to 20% of the purchase price, must be paid after signing the Future Contract. The second installment, amounting to 80% of the purchase price, will be due after final inspection.
